Business Development - Direct Sales
Idea Financial is hiring an entry level business development professional to join our growing Direct Sales team. This role will report to the Director of Revenue and will be on the front lines of helping us acquire new clients. You will have an integral role and learn a lot by supporting our Direct Sales channel. Business development and cultivating new clients is crucial to the success and growth of Idea Financial. Success in this role is measured by ability to achieve weekly and monthly KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Be the voice of Idea Financial
- Call sales leads to identify client needs and begin the application process
- Work with internal stakeholders to have client approved and funded
- Communicate clearly with clients and Underwriting, helping to facilitate a quick turn time on fundings
- Deliver consistent and timely results
- Utilize Salesforce to track the status of your activity and sales pipeline
- Provide feedback on effectiveness of connecting with clients
Minimum requirements
- Proven ability to meet and exceed quota/goal oriented
- High energy level
- Strong Organizational and time management skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Salesforce a plus
- Must be available to work in Downtown Miami
