Team Lead - Direct Sales
Responsibilities
- Be the voice of Idea Financial and your sales team
- Meet with your team daily to review their pipeline and activity
- Listen to sales calls and provide coaching to the team
- Help present offers on larger and/or more complex deals
- Work with lenders on applicants who were declined by Idea Financial so you can fund them outside of Idea Financial
- Identify gaps in product offering or process and work with Director of Revenue to fill those gaps
- Create strong partnerships and rapport with lenders to help close more deals
- Jump in and help the sales team with calls and closing loans –need to lead by example
- Work with internal stakeholders to have clients approved and funded
- Communicate clearly with clients and Underwriting, helping to facilitate a quick turn time on fundings
- Deliver consistent and timely results
- Utilize Salesforce to track the status of your activity and sales pipeline
- Provide feedback on effectiveness of connecting with clients
Minimum requirements
- Proven ability to meet and exceed quota/goal oriented
- High energy level
- Strong Organizational and time management skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Salesforce a plus
- Must be available to work in Downtown Miami
